Returns
You may return prints purchased from Dickshinski Gallery within 30 days of
receipt. The Buyer must notify Dickshinski Gallery within 30 days, that you
want a refund of the purchase price. You will receive confirmation and notification
of Return and will be sent Return Shipping Instructions. The Buyer then ships
the art (and pays for shipping and insurance) to Dickshinski Gallery. Upon
receipt and inspection of the returned art, Dickshinski Gallery will credit
the Buyer the amount of refund.
We will not accept the return of any item that is:
- Returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Has been damaged or altered from its original
condition by the purchaser.
Damage From Shipping
Items damaged from shipping may be returned for exchange.
The damaged item must be returned to Dickshinski Gallery with all original
content (mats, backing, and print). Upon receipt of damaged items, Dickshinski
Gallery will send the purchaser an equivalent item for exchange and refund
cost of return shipping.
